48 hours or more: 100% refund
less than 48 hours: 50% refund
NO SHOW at scheduled delivery time will be charged in full for the rental period reserved.
We reserve the right to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather and will provide a full refund if needed.

-The sauna which fits 4 adults at a time VERY comfortably. Even though it fits 4 at a time, larger groups are an awesome experience! We recommend gathering around a fire between sessions as everyone's cool down period is a little different. It also has a changing room!
-Free delivery and pick up within 20 miles of Cheboygan. Distances further than 20 miles from Cheboygan may require a 3 night minimum rental and delivery charges
-Enough kindling and wood for several good sessions.
-Sauna bucket and ladle for steam/heat.
-Thermometer, hygrometer, and sauna session timer.
-Outdoor shower mounted to sauna and attached to your hose for an incredible cold water experience (temps must be above about 35 degrees)
-Delivery is subject to road conditions.
-The footprint of the sauna and trailer is about 17 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 10 feet high.
-For campsite rentals some smaller sites may not fit the sauna, please note the size listed above.
-You must confirm with your campground or Vrbo/Airbnb rental PRIOR to booking the sauna!
